Vancouver condo: two bathrooms with patterned floors and marble-look tile

Two bathrooms in one Vancouver condo, taken back to the bare walls and rebuilt with marble-look tile around the tubs, patterned floors in black and white and in blue-grey, a black vanity with a round gold mirror, and brushed gold fittings.

Condo bathroom renovation in Fairview, Vancouver by PS Tiling: marble-look shower with sliding glass door and toilet, finished.

Two bathrooms in one Vancouver condo. Both still had the first square beige tile, and tubs that had seen decades of use. You wanted them rebuilt one after the other, with as little fuss for the building as possible.

We took the walls around each tub back to the bare studs, put up cement board, and rebuilt the floors. Then the tile: marble-look porcelain up to the ceiling around both tubs, a black and white patterned floor in the first bathroom and a blue-grey one in the second, grouted and sealed.

The first bathroom got a black vanity under a round gold mirror, and a brushed gold grab bar. The second kept its layout, with chrome taps on the tub.

Condo bathrooms come with strata rules, elevator bookings and neighbours on both sides. We quote your bathroom and we are on site every day, so those details get handled by the people who pick up the phone. If your Vancouver condo bathroom needs the same, book a free visit.
